Shipping policy

TIME TO SHIP

Once your order is placed, we will do our best to process the order and have it shipped via the method of your choice on the order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing of your order when planning for shipping.

Orders placed on a weekday (Monday through Friday) before 4pm Pacific time are usually able to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4pm Pacific or on a holiday or weekend day will normally shipped on the next standard business day.

TIME IN TRANSIT

Our website quotes the estimated shipping times as generated by the carrier for each shipping method that is available to you based on the shipping address you provide for the order.

Please keep in mind that the time in transit estimate is for business days (Monday through Friday) and excludes weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) unless specifically quoted by the carrier.

PACKING

We try to re-use boxes and packing material that we have received to the greatest extent possible so you may receive a shipment in previously used box.

FREE SHIPPING FOR QUALIFYING ORDERS

When we are able to offer free shipping for a qualifying order, we can ship the entire order to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, each address must be a separate order and each order will have to meet the qualifications for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently we do not ship internationally. We are only able to ship to addresses within the United States as well as Military/Diplomatic addresses and U.S. Territories.
